Research interests

Research area: Research in my laboratory focuses on the regulation of early follicle growth in the mammalian ovary. We are interested in how the regulation of angiogenesis and vascular permeability modify the growth and survival of primordial and primary follicles. Specifically, the roles of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) and Endocrine Gland VEGF (EG-VEGF) in rodent and domestic animal reproductive physiology are studied.
